I put $500 into my bank account on Thursday. Friday I called we got it worked out money was back in my account. 7pm Friday night money was back out and I was negative $515 in the bank. I called the bank and spoke to a woman that doesn't have any customer service skills. She told me I wouldnt have access to my cash money I deposited Thursday until that next Monday.after me not understanding and wanting to talk to a supervisor. she told me she wasnt arguing with Me when I was just trying to get access to the money I put in their in the first place. now I have no access to my money over the weekend. and they don't care. I'm so over Austin bank. the reason it was messed up in the first place was because the teller put in the wrong code for my deposit and it was. lost in the system. remind you this isn't the first time this happened. I'm throughly passed. and I will take my banking buselse where

A reliable bank would close an account with a reasonable notice and considering I've been with this bank for a minute. The teller let me know my funds deposited this morning were readily available...I was just informed that's not the case. I think this bank needs to update how they do business. And I asked the guy this morning if I needed to switch banks and he informed me...if that's what you need to do...well let's not try to keep existing business. Wow, it's a good thing not every business thinks like this. Round 2 now they send me a letter informing me that my enrollment in the rewards program has been cancelled. So they deducted from my account this month for this very service then cancel my rewards. I'm seriously trying to figure out how this bank is keeping customers.

Austin bank is a terrible bank. They block my debit card every month when my cell phone bill is blocked due to fraud detection and then I cannot get it unblocked until someone is at this damb bank so Monday to Friday only during business hours when it's not a holiday. If you want to have access to your money this is not the bank for you

We have been a customer of Austin Bank for only nine months, but we're really pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the help needed to open our accounts. Love the small town atmosphere.
