customer service is great not the problem. The problem is district managers not taking care of issues the store employees cant control. Only one self check out and the other cashiers are out of service. store closes early etc. The surrounding DG are more efficient and updated. idk if it's district manager or who but I see a loss of sales here.

This store is a disgrace. They’ll take your money but won’t offer a public restroom. I won’t be spending my money here for this reason. I’ll take it next door to Brookshire’s that will provide a restroom and appreciate my business.
