Called and got an appointment for an Alignment for my 2021 Palisade . Showed up at appt. Was told I would get a call back when it was ready. A few hours later it was good to go. No hassle , super easy to deal with. Very fair pricing. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome. I had scheduled an appointment to have my 1972 240z front end aligned after upgrading all of the 50 year old rubber bushings to prothane. They got my toe set perfectly but couldn't do much for the camber as I do not have adjustable camber plates installed. Fairly priced for the work done. Will use them again when the need arises. Thanks much.

We recently got our truck serviced here. We got an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and transmission oil changed. They were great people who don't charge you an arm and a leg and made us feel taken care of!!!

Took my F250 to Emory Automotive for a front end alignment, they told me it needed $1300 worth of repairs before it could be aligned. With another additional $700 repair for chassis bushing, which only cost $56 plus labor. I told them to go ahead and repair the front end. When I picked up my truck it was only 3 parts. I was charged $953.92 for the parts. I researched online at no less than 6 parts suppliers and the total delivered for the exact parts by the part number was $478.98 That is a difference of $474.94 they overcharged me by. I am not disputing the labor at all. I do not think it is right to overcharge customers at all. I am a business owner this is ethically wrong. I contacted the owner of Emory Automotive and his comment was; (well that is what it cost me). Which I do not believe. I told him I would never be back, and his comment was: (OK). I will never go back to them again. I hope they stop overcharging customers maybe he needs the money more than I do. I am making copies of the part cost and mailing them to him with a dispute letter hoping for some kind of resolve, is so I will update!
