If I could give a -5 I would. I placed my stuff in these units thinking it would be safe and it wasn't! She knew before it happened who it might be and never warned me. The person who robbed the units broke in to a couple per her say. When I called to ask about why she chased my husband down and why my lock was changed she didn't say anything until the day I made a payment and she took that payment that she told me about the robberies and to look into ours because she wasn't sure who's all had been broken in to even though she was the one who placed her lock on my storage because she had seen mine was cut. When I went to the unit and seen my entire unit had been wiped out other then a table then she told me the lock was hers. If you value your things don't place them here!

Karen is absolutely wonderful. We started with one storage unit back in May of 2023, but we pretty quickly realized we would need two. She was able to get us the space we needed while selling our home. Safe, secure storage with easy access whenever we needed it. Plenty of space when we needed to get our moving truck in to be able to retrieve our items, and do it on our schedule. I highly recommend going to them for your storage needs, whether it's short term or long term stoarage.

Karen is amazing and kind, it's secure and the units are in good shape and clean. I have used them for most of the last 10 yrs. Prices are fair.
