The staff was super respectful and courteous, but they didn't dig deep enough into my family's documents. We owed thousands last year, went somewhere new and got our taxes amended and got all of it back.

Absolutely amazing staff; Shannon was very helpful and gracious throughout the process, taking her time to find everything we needed to know about my specific situation and going out of her way to do everything possible to help me. It is genuinely rare to find such people nowadays, those who actually care about another person's situation, and I cannot recommend this business and Shannon enough. Thank you very much for the help.

During my first encounter with Jackson Hewitt I was met by Shannon Hall. I had a huge amount of dread since in this filing, I would be a grandmother claiming my granddaughters after losing my daughter--their mother--a few months earlier. Shannon was extremely professional and efficient, and so compassionate and caring of my situation. My return was completed immediately and accurately. Thank you Jackson Hewitt--thank you Shannon!
