If I could give this place a zero I would!! I bought a trailer 5 months ago and it’s already in the shop. The guy in service is a real jerk and rude! As you can see the parts are really rusted it’s been over a week since we paid for the repairs that should’ve been covered through the warranty but as of yet we haven’t had any reimbursement. We drove an hour to this place and they did not send the insurance the correct information on the parts so I asked Darrell if he can give them a call he said he isn’t gonna call anyone! And said I can take the trailer back if I wanted him to get the numbers Needed for the claim. Mind you this company is an hour from my home. We had to pay out of pocket. If you own a business and need your trailer for work don’t trust these guys to work on it right away cause they will keep it till insurance covers it. Do to his attitude the lengthy time to repair the trailer and the rusted parts I will not ever buy again from these people nor will I recommend. Good customer service goes a long way if you want customers to return or maybe they just treat Latinos like this. Derrell gives of a rude racist vibe. He handed me my receipt and didn’t even say have a good day he just walked out the building like if we were not even there.

Huge thanks to the team at Kearney Trailer for their outstanding service! They repaired my trailer quickly and had it looking like new when I picked it up. The workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. It’s rare these days to find a shop that delivers both quality work and quick turnaround, but Kearney Trailer knocked it out of the park. Wheel bearings went out on my boat trailer when I made it to lake fork from Florida, service hooked me up and got me out of a huge bind! Dropped my boat in the water early morning, took trailer to them, fished all day and picked it up at 5 all fixed and able to make it back to Florida!!! Service was awesome and made it happen when they typically don't deal with boat trailers!!!!

I recently purchased a car hauler trailer from Kearney trailers and am VERY happy with my decision. I looked at a few top name brand trailers and am glad I decided on the Kearney. Built better than the rest in my opinion and the staff made the process quick and painless. I definitely recommend Kearney trailers.
