“Dave is wonderful! He saw me sitting in the parking lot 15 minutes before he opened the shop and came out to greet me and see what issue we were having. He did a
wonderful job changing the oil of my daughter’s car and diagnosing a problem with her tire. He sent us down the road to a wonderful tire shop for a replacement. Great guy, friendly, trustworthy, and reasonable. We live in Dallas and we would never get this great customer service there! Highly recommend!”

“I went to the penzoil station near me in Redmond. They did not have the filter so they called both the Bellevue and Issaquah stations to locate the one that has the filter. This was way beyond my expectations. I went to the Issaquah station and they were waiting for me. They were courteous, provided the service and I was on my way within 15 minutes.I will use their services again.”

“After much searching in my area, I finally found a friendly and competent oil change business. Owner Jacob was consistently warm, welcoming, and efficiently competent as were his employees. Thank you Jacob 😉”
