Should have read the reviews first before driving 5 1/2 hrs - let’s just say I asked guy a lot of question got there to find out different- be careful y’all fyi there’s a lot of truth in others reviews . Disappointed but got me a real nice trailer moments after up road

The trailer I bought has a problem with the 3 2” marker lights on the rear staying in. I’m constantly having to push them back in. As far as the 4 big taillights I have to use a rubber mallet to install them. They told me to bring it in and they will fix the problem but now I can’t even reach them on the phone. Not good customer service. Also the lights on a trailer that’s only about 7 months old shouldn’t be burning out already. I’ve been replacing lights since this trailer was 2 weeks old. Now I’m having trouble with the trailer brake system and don’t know where to start to fix it. System is in and out.

I own 2 32 ft and will probably be buying another one. The trailers have stayed on the road. Life hack bought the 250 apiece better tires and quit having flats. Would recommend.

Called for some help to acquire parts and/or any form of information. They couldn't help me at all. I had build #'s etc, absolutely no help here and a bad attitude as well. I would recommend purchasing a trailer elsewhere.

I just got a 32 foot gooseneck and love it . When I picked it up there were a few things that needed to be corrected and said will fix right away. The owner called a hour later and he wanted to fix it correct and it will take a little longer and he would bring it to me. I live almost 2 hours away and the next day he had it to me and did the paperwork on the kitchen table. They went above and beyond and had great Communication. Can not go wrong with a sure pull trailer!

Poor quality on the build of their trailers. They do not paint the full trailer and leave the underneath just sprayed in primer. You do not get a spare for your 10,000$ purchase. The tool box is incredibly small. Some of the rails are not level. The dove tail is too short and ramps do not touch the ground when extended. Their version of a torque tube is almost nonexistent, and they came to be "leading the way". I sure hope others dont follow their way. I tried these guys out because Big Tex really isnt that good either. However, I am not stoked about my purchase and feel that I rushed into it because they had the exact color blue of my company. My next trailer will be built by a different shop. It is a very pretty trailer but that is the color, not the trailer itself.

I purchased a 40’ Gooseneck in January 2019 and have had to find a shop to work on it twice during that 5 months. The first time was for the tail lights falling out. The hole was too big for the grommets and required some welding to keep them in place. The second time the brakes quit working while pulling a load. Called the dealer and was told he didn’t know why and to call someone else, who didn’t know why either. Ended up taking it to a local shop which found the problem. The trailer itself actually pulls good. Customer service is terrible.

Bought a 2017 25ft. Gooseneck from these people and it seems to be a good trailer. As far as the people who work there, I question their ability to keep a happy customer base. I inspected my trailer and found 3 studs broke off one of the axles. Called them and was told that the lug nuts must have been over tightened. Well.... he insinuated that I over tightened them. I believe the person who assembled the trailer done it. They said I was out of warranty and gave me a number to call. The people I called were out of this stud. Apparently a bunch of studs have been breaking for them to be out of them. I was a new customer and was going to ask about purchasing a 30ft. Trailer from them. They are more worried about having to replace a few studs than keeping me as a customer. Well.... too many people selling trailers out there for me to be treated like a one time customer by these guys!

Purchased a trailer from them without ramps, the sales associate told me to just bring it back when I got a chance and they would add ramps to it for an additional cost. I brought the trailer back on the following Friday morning when they opened and the associate was upset because I didn’t call before I came. He said they were really busy and he would get to my trailer the Wednesday of the following week. So I left it there, that Wednesday came and went without a call. I called the associate on Thursday and he informed me that he told me he was really busy and he should have my trailer ready by Friday. Well Friday came and I called several times and they wouldn’t answer my calls although they still have my trailer. The best thing to do is steer clear of this place.
