The best customer service hands down of any business in East Texas. We have been so blessed with the most excellent processing we have ever experienced. We've used processors all the way down in Houston and all the way up to Mt Pleasant and none compare. Y'all are such a blessing to many folks!

Very impressed!!! I was on the schedule for a month out, after being attacked by my bull and knocked unconscious, I called to see if there was anyway they could get me on the schedule sooner. They said they'd make it happen and to bring him that day!
I was very impressed with how clean and neat each package was packed into boxes. They were all very kind and friendly, I love seeing whole families working and pulling together in harmony!
They were also the cheapest butcher I could find in east Texas but that didn't change the quality of their work! I had to drive over an hour away but definitely worth it and will be bringing my next one to them as well!
