Nasty place. Employee are rude and disgusting. Employee walked into the bathroom, did their business, and walked out without washing her hands. No showers because the power kept going off. All faucets in the bathroom are automatic, so no hot water to wash your face or warm water for brushing your teeth. Absolutely horrible place. Will not visit this location again.

This is place is NASTY. They have thousands of customers coming here every day and the soda machine is not even sanitary. So much NASTY brown goo and grime all over it. No one should be getting a drink out of this machine. The showers and hall way to the showers are beyond NASTY. Shower 6 shower head literally leaks/sprays water on the ceiling then it drips back on you. See video. All the employees seem very nice but NONE of them are doing anything to clean this place up. I just spent the whole weekend here. I will NOT be returning to this location. Corporate NEEDS to come see for them selves. This is unacceptable!

By far the worst loves shower in the 6 years I've been driving. They sat behind the fuel counter playing and flirting with coworkers as the showers dry, fresh towels and done. No cleaning whatsoever. Gotta be some sanitary issue. I still feel dirty after my shower.

Absolutely disgusting showers .cockroaches crawling inside shower area ..shower water tap covered with dust ..looks like haven’t cleaned in months…this is serious health hazard I would say..you guys gonna make people sick and infected with diseases

I hate to post bad reviews but the showers in this love’s earned a bad one. I’ve been a platinum member for one year straight because I really loves to come to love’s and I feel very disappointed with this one and the showers, everything is dirty every time I come here for a shower. Come on guys you can do better than this

This review was about the showers.
I used showers twice within 12 hour's. Both showers have broken toilet seats. I had to clean the toilet seats with tissue wiping the inside of the toilet seat the tissue came back Brown the rim also was nasty. And the 1st shower water was warm not hot. The second shower had hot water however the shower itself was not clean it even had the wash rag from the prior user and hair all on the shower floor. The new wash rag had hair embedded in it I don't think it was washed at all.

I had a oil change on 3/17/25 around 5 PM, it was the worst experience ever had the guys were moving so slow I don’t know what they did to my truck but after the oil change, my MPG was showing 7.2. just a couple days ago I replaced the oil in another place and it’s showing me 8.2 MPG. they were passing responsibilities one guy to another, and I didn’t even know who was replacing the oil, and when I was about to leave, he told me he should connect the scanner to see if everything is all right when I saw that I told him can you skip that and I gave him $20. He said OK we can skip that and one second before letting me out he said can I open the hood? I forgot something to close so my conclusion avoid this place. One more thing that I notice the camera in that bay wasn’t working, so I don’t know what they did to my truck. PS I wanna be fair and I wanna say that the week before I was replacing my steer tires in the same location, and it was a great service. They explained to me everything what they did. They replacing me one part on the warranty so depends on the working team I guess.
