Very disappointed with the service.
I went to this pawnshop and asked to see an item, but the employee looked at me with an attitude and said they needed to keep my ID just to look at it. That made me very uncomfortable — I’ve never had a store ask to hold my ID just to see something. It didn’t feel welcoming or respectful. I won’t be returning.

Apparently they were playing Fortnight (a videogame) on my Playstation after I had pawned it there for an amount of time.Got a notification on my phone and found games Ive never played that were downloaded to the console after I picked it up. Thats super ratchet.

Looking at a Nintendo Switch for my son, and mentioned to the lady I wished it wasn't pink. The guy from behind the counter, who wasn't even helping me says, 'Gender is a construct.' I didn't come to hear your beliefs and I had the decency to keep mine to myself. Is this a store where all should feel welcome to conduct business without having others beliefs pushed on them? Very unprofessional. Also, it's a pointless statement. Many things are a construct. Money is a construct. Society is a construct. And just like those two things, gender is a construct that I'm heavily invested in as a married father of two in the US.
