The manager, Clay, at the Ennis store did a FABULOUS job helping me and my husband upgrade our iPhones and also add 2 additional lines and iPhones for our kids to our account. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and also did an amazing job assisting other customers who came in while we were there. He was the only one working at the time and he took care of everyone with class and professionalism!! Very happy with our experience!

Literally the best customer service I have ever received in my life!I watched her navigate several customers at once with happiness and no sense of frustration. Hands down the best ATT STORE in Ellis county. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Porche was our rep, she was very informative, professional, knowledgeable and most of all Friendly. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all questions. In and out without feeling NON presured or frustrated.Thank you Porche !!!

Clay helped me find the phone I needed ? I hate to change phones because I don't like change. The phone he bought was perfect it is the same only better. He was knowledgeable about the products and he helped me change everything from the old phone to the new phone. Clay was patient and super nice, I am happy with my new phone. ?

I first went to the AT&T in Corsicana. 1 person was helping a customer purchasing a new phone. The other 4 of us were waiting in a line. 1 of the 4 said that people were in the back. No one ever came out so I left.Then I went to AT&T in Ennis. What a wonderful difference. The manager is Clay and he had 3 associates there. Very nice store and Clay was super helpful as well as 1 of the associates who spent much time explaining options that I had. I will not be going back to the Corsicana store and will definitely return to the Ennis store. I try to support our businesses in our county, but the Corsicana store needs some work on customer service.
