Excellent Experience! I wanted a 3rd party backup camera that I had purchased installed in my 2006 Tacoma. Got there when they first opened, David did a little run down of the process and made sure that what I bought would work on my vehicle and quoted me a price. He even drove me back home so I wouldn't have to wait in the shop. Was done a couple hours later and it looks great. Would highly recommend.

customer service was disappointing and baldy was very rude multiple times like he had better things to do, he even made remarks like I was stupid. I asked about a Kenwood because it’s my favorite brand and he assumes I can’t afford it and try’s pitching the pos JVC brand…Terrible salesman I could only imagine the labor lol
Have a good day Yall, just don’t ruin it by coming to this place.

New to town and wanted to replace my amp that had recently blown out. I prefer small local shops vs Best Buy, car toys, etc. so I decided to check this place out. Ended up getting an amp and bass knob. Was told how hard it was to find this amp and realized because it’s an older model. Charged me $350 for it (found it everywhere else for $225) and then sold me a bass knob for $50 ($25-30 everywhere else). After tax and surcharges because I paid with a debit card it ended up being $445.99. I could have gotten exact same equipment for less than $300 anywhere else including Best Buy which is typically overpriced compared to smaller companies. I was going to return in a few days for new subs as well but after realizing I have been ripped off, I wil NOT go back and will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for welcoming me to the area...

David is awesome. I did business with him many years ago and got the same great service today. Told him what I wanted yesterday, got me in this morning, and it was done this afternoon. He knows his stuff and he was more than willing to accommodate what I wanted while also adding his expertise into the mix. I will be going back here for my other audio work. I purchased two Kicker Comp R 12s, ported box, and Kicker 800.1 amp. These SOB BANG! Thanks David!

Called them to have remote start installed on my 2019 ram 1500. They got the part super fast and they installed. Works great. Highly recommend them.

Just got 4 speakers and a new JVC head unit installed from these guys today. Wow. These guys not only know what they are doing, but you can tell they are passionate about it! So much better service than multiple other competitors in the Ellis county area I’ve dealt with in the past. Will be returning soon to top it off with a set of subs.

I have a 2007 Dodge truck. I went to Audio Extremes in Ennis Texas to have a new AM/FM Radio with Bluetooth for my phone & a Navigation system & backup camera installed. For $2,000 I now have a Kenwood Bluetooth AM/FM radio with CD player installed. It has been a few months now and the Radio, Nav & Camera work perfectly. The Bluetooth worked perfectly for the first month but now I can't even use it. It breaks up when I try to talk on it. The Apple Car play doesn't come on anymore either. I took it back and the owner looked into it but couldn't find anything wrong with it. I called Audio Extremes on my bluetooth phone system but it kept breaking up when I spoke with them. I understand phone reception is poor in places but I don't think phone reception is poor in every place I call from. I guess 3 out of 4 options I paid for is good enough. I'm not thrilled as I now have to wear an earpiece when I drive so I can talk on the phone. I guess I would say I'm 75% satisfied with my $2000 purchase. Randy E.
