Wonderful experience at this dealership. It started with our sales professional Jacob when we walked in, carried through to the sales manager Justin, GM Tyler, and finance with Virgil. Everyone was extremely friendly, personable, and we never felt uncomfortable even during the negotiations. We had a terrible previous experience at a different dealership and they did a heck of a job undoing a lot of our distaste for the vehicle buying process. If you're looking to buy one of their vehicles, they are worth the drive!

I was shown only 2 vehicles over a span of 1 hour and purchasing took 3.5 hours. I kept being told "only a few more minutes" all day long. Then, I purchased the vehicle and was told "1-3 days to repair a simple recall". Here we are, 9 days after and I still don't have my vehicle. I would have never wasted my time at this company had I known.

I bought a Jeep April 2024 and 6 weeks ago the jeep was totaled in a car wreck. The sales staff has always been great, service is just ok, but the management just sucks. You can't get a hold of them, you can send emails and no response is ever sent back. You can leave numerous messages and they have never called back to this day. When the only thing I wanted to know was who my GAP insurance was done through. I can deal with ok service but when you can't get just a simple answer or even a email or courteous call back tells me they don't care about the customer. The bottom line is about money to them. To me keeping the customer happy is how you keep them coming back.
