We totally recommend! Found a deal on a new 2023 Charger on Autotrader. Emily and Andrew helped us feel confident in our internet sale. Edward and Donald in finance helped us find the financing options we were looking for. Mr. Billy and others greeted us warmly on arrival. Thank God for dealerships that are easy to work with!

I just want to first thank God who is always faithful. But also to everyone who made this car buying process as smooth as it was, thank you thank you. I have had the WORST experiences recently with car buying. Sadly everyone only cares about themselves. These are the times we live in that God warned us about. My most recent experiences showed that 9 times out of 10, whoever is selling me a car does not have my best interest in mind. But Mr. William Minter is heaven sent. From our first contact he was understanding and cared about my situation. The finance guy, I can’t remember your name but I so appreciate everything you were able to do. Jesus is real! God does answer prayer! Highly recommend these lovely people ??Update: Thanks Donald, the finance guy! Lol thanks for the best financing agreement ive ever signed.

I spoke with Deon when I requested a inquiry about a vehicle online. He referred me to Clifton even though it ain't the car I was expecting it's a 2021 Dodge Challenger I'm thankful I left out with a vehicle. Thanks to financial dpt manager Donald he got me in and out and approved I really appreciate it. They had varieties of vehicles to choose in my budget thank you guys customer service is my top priority!!!

In a perfect world you should be able to trust the process of trading in / buying a new vehicle. Some who doesn’t haggle, someone who doesn’t argue just be fair . You sale a truck at $48k yet had a red tag sale that was offered at $38k and you tried to hide the tag as if I wouldn’t see it. Then when we get the paper work still have it at msrp at 48k. I shouldn’t have to double check you and point that out. I made it clear I service my vehicles, I run multiple shops and I don’t have time to argue price. It is what it is. I made it clear don’t call me for services, I will never use you again and yet you still keep calling. I’m happy it worked out, I’m happy I got into a highly overpriced truck before the market went higher, however I made it clear if you don’t call me I wouldn’t give my review on the matter a year later you still keep calling.

My wife and I had a great experience with this dealership. Jacob was the salesman, Donald the finance guy but practically everyone there spoke to us and was so friendly.We got the vehicles we wanted at a great price. Left with a smile! Thank you!

All of the people were very friendly. Very pleased with sales & finance staff. Only 2 complaints.. I contacted dealership about a truck before driving 1 1/2 hrs, only to find out the truck I was interested in had a big dent in rear panel. They did have another truck I liked even better. Let people know if there is any damage. The other complaint is I was at the dealership 4 hours. Speed the process up for the customer. I would buy from this dealership again.

I had a terrible experience with Travis at this dealership. Never before have I been so rudely treated. Travis was arrogant, condescending and dismissive. He joked about how pathetic this dealership was and the lack of leadership also. He talked in circles about pricing and told me other customers were coming with a check for the price he expected. He was very rude. I will never return to this location again. $10 says I get a generic response about how much you care and for me to call you…GOOD LUCK with that. I will NOT GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and it was my first experience with Pegasus CDJR. Working with Travis and Clifton, I have to say that this was the absolute best experience I have had buying a vehicle!!! They listened to what I wanted from my new vehicle and found it for me!

One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. The sales manager was rude and condescending. I had been working with a sales person all morning long, I drove from Denton to Ennis with a check in hand, the vehicle listed at 48,300. I get there, and they had raised the price. I offered 47,500 with a check in hand for the full amount and they were unwilling to work with me. All this after I drove over an hour and fifteen minutes, and while test driving the vehicle, I was pulled over my DPS for the vehicle not having a proper license plate or having anything noting that it was a dealership vehicle. Then, the sales manager in the vehicle with me, threw me under the bus to the DPS officer saying that it is my fault. Luckily, the officer just gave me a warning and not a ticket...for the dealership's malfeasance. They refused to negotiate in good faith, I compromised 3 different times on my price and they refused to budge at all...over $1,300 with a check for the full balance in hand. Also, they said they were less like to work with me because I was pre-qualified for an auto loan with Navy Federal...his reasoning...they wouldn't make as much money off of me.Update! I tried calling the manager and Travis, the same rude, condescending person that wasted my time told me that he was the manager and refused to get to the real manager until I told him what it was about.. so finally, he told me the manager was Daniel, so, Daniel if you are seeing this I tried to reach out to you and you need to get a hold of your personnel situation...I will continue to tell everyone I know how terrible your dealership is and how incredible rude your sales team is...including Travis!!!! Oh by the way he is also a liar. He told the state trooper that he put a dealers plate on the vehicle when he never did..I know because I was with him the entire time and not once did he place one on the vehicle. So, if he lied to a state trooper about that... what could he be lying to you about....

For the last few weeks I was negotiating with the dealer about a car, Finally they called me and accepted my offer, there told me to get a cashier's check, so I went to My bank, got a cashier's check and started driving to the dealer which is 70 miles from my home. Half way there, I got a call telling that they were in negotiations with someone else and if it doesn't sell, they will call me, this is after I have been on the road for 45 minutes. I'm sure they will have some response with an excuse, as for me, I will never buy a car from them nor will I ever refer them especially if you're driving a distance to get there because their word is worthless. Part of the deal when they accepted my offer was to give them a review, so I'm keeping my word and giving them a review. If you make a deal with it get it in writing.IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE, IT'S THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER RESPONSES TO PEOPLE THAT GAVE THEM A 1 STAR REVIEW. VERY GENERIC WHICH MEANS NOTHING JUST LIKE THEIR WORD.

You were all fantastic and they stayed late on a Saturday to get my paperwork complete and everything taken care of. It was too late to get the car detailed but they reassured me to bring it back the following Monday and they would get it taken care of!

In the beginning everything was good, the agent Kailyn was amazing with everything. Travis was great at helping. When it came to paperwork and signing, at first it was ok. I signed some papers then the vehicle had hail damage and when I brought it back to get it fixed they told me I had more paperwork to sign. Alvin told me my payments went down monthly and when I signed everything, I didn’t get a copy. I asked for it and he told me I didn’t need it.. which confused me because I want to know what I’m signing.. the whole time he just had a serious attitude. Then he called me back and told me my payments didn’t change, that it stayed the same.. I’m just overall in disbelief of how weird everything got. The treatment I got was not right. I did not felt welcomed or anything. I don't feel comfortable going back to that dealership, I also want to go to a different dealership to do all my services. I don’t want to be driving 45 minutes just to feel uncomfortable.

By far the easiest car buying experience to date! I first found the Jeep on Autotrader. Then went to their website and reached out. Their pricing was spot on, no beating around the bush. Chad was excellent to work with! We agree upon a fair price over the phone, I drove in the next morning and the paperwork was ready to go. I was in-and-out in about 30 minutes. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Cheers, Pegasus team!
