The Hispanic teller lady Claudia was very rude and she was getting frustrated with me about my question. She wouldn’t let me finish asking her and was rudely interrupting me to get her point across. I am thinking about letting my bank account close due to the service. The manager and the other Teller Karina were very professional and helped me answer my question atleast.. people with that kind of demeanor shouldn’t be handling clients if they are going to get easily frustrated.

ATM seems to be down a lot, but i do love this ATM. You can use your app if you dont have your card. The drive-through employees are so nice and quick!

Save a headache and erroneous charges. They keep charging service fees when my account is a free account. It even say on the app FREE until 8/22. The lady argued with me that it wasn’t free. Going to a different branch tomorrow to close my account.

Comparing BBVA bank with PNC.PNC is one of the worst banks out there I don’t recommend to anyone in my opinion! They have a phone and they never answer,only 2 lanes opened all day in the drive thru,off Saturday & Sunday etc. it’s just bad in general!! Should’ve just kept it as BBVA!

Since PNC bought out BBVA the customer service has gone to absolute trash. They refuse to help with any problems or they claim there is nothing they can do. This so called bank is the worst kind and of joke. Do not use this bank, I'm cancelling my account as soon as I open another

Since the transition, its been horrible. My cards don't work and they've issued me new ones and then those don't work. I'm over them and have already opened new accounts at Citizens National and will be closing my accounts with PNC ASAP.
