I called and spoke with Carrie from the Waxahachie location. My reason for the call was my mother passed away on October 22nd and I needed to cash a check that was written to my mom for the her rental deposit. Carrie went through all the proper channels to help me. She was so helpful and polite! Most importantly, she showed me so much compassion given my circumstances! I highly recommend thaw Waxahachie branch. Even though this location is a hour from me, I am going to open an account there just based on how well I was treated! Thank you Carrie for all your help!!❤️❤️

This morning it was a really bad experience at Ennis TX branch, the cashier was very rude and nasty because I sent my deposit back for missing cash & it wasn't the 1st time that happened. I called and made a report to Corporative and request them to check the videos that will show them more than I can say about the way that it was. 07-07-2023 I am editing this reviews today because nobody called me as they promised me, so I called & thanks God I found out the name of the rude cashier that it is a Supervisor Jessica Green . Hopefully somebody watch the VIDEOS.

I think it's stupid closing during lunch hour when most people get off and want to cash their checks whoever is in charged should be fired

They refused to open other children savings account you have to have a checking with them in order to open a savings for your child what a joke of a bank so I just closed other 3 childrens accounts instead of making it easier to add other 2 children they loose on a customer since 2019 now 2023

Tellers do not know policy for certificates of deposit. Drove 2 hours for a good CD rate only to find out they wouldn't offer it to me bc I wasn't a customer. Manager was not one but apologetic! Poor customer service.

Hello, I opened an account earlier this month. I am having issues logging into my online account AND my card is being decline. I have tried daily for 5-6 days to call your branch to figure out what is going on, but the phone only rings, no answer. There is not an option to leave a voicemail and I've sent emails that have not been responded to. PLEASE, PLEASE have someone call me ASAP.
