I don’t understand all the bad reviews, this place was great to me. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment, was greeted by a very pleasant security lady. She gave me a door and told me where to check in at. The receiving lady was very friendly, and I was in and out in 1.5 hours.

Horrible service will never come back here had a 9 am appointment and it’s 1324 was done with un loading at 1229 this is unacceptable for otr drivers messed up the rest of my day

Worst place ever to deliver it's been 6 hrs I've been sitting in the dock my clock is almost done and I'm sure when they do finish with me I will be promptly kicked off the property and good luck finding a parking at a truck stop when they do this place is a waste of time
