Pharmacist was unprofessional and rude. I asked her what type of medication it was that I was given and because my family takes more than one prescription medication the pharmacist got an attitude . Pharmacist did not educate me on what I was be given and she had an attitude towards me because I asked a question about the prescription. As a pharmacist it’s your job to educate the patient/customer about what they are taking. Yes the doctor prescribes the medication but you might have some customers who might learn from a visual demonstration or a verbal demonstration vs just you just handing the prescription to them and then closing the the drive through window. She walked off & didn’t ask me if I needed anything else. I believe she did not provide good quality customer & service at all was unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This pharmacy is the absolute worst! I came here because the nurse at my doctor's office accidentally sent my scrip here instead of my usual pharmacy. I actually changed from here because they NEVER had my son's scrips and they always had to transfer to another pharmacy anyway.Well, I didn't think it would be a big deal to use them again this one time. WRONG!!! First off, it took over 2 weeks for them to get my scrip filled. Second, I had my GoodRX pulled up and the guy sends me over to "Consultation" where I'm told it will be about a 30 minute wait to process the coupon... WTH?!?! They just kept talking about how slammed they were, even though they had 6-7 people back there and only like 3 people in line... Third, I'm told that they will not honor the GoodRX price (for THEIR location, mind you) because the prices on the app do not match their pricing. But, they will try to find me another coupon (since insurance didn't cover it)So, instead of getting $30.00 OFF my scrip, they only took $10.00 OFF.They also did this to the two customers ahead of me, too, who also had GoodRX.So, yea, I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all!I know I won't be coming back.

Thank you to the lady assisting the drive thru just now on 08/24/23 at 2pm. I was having a horrible day and on top of that I’m sick with strep throat. She saw I was upset and helped me out super fast even on her lunch break! Super sweet and I appreciate it so much!

I went here to get a covid test, and I asked the pharmacist if by actually having covid 3 months ago, would it affect the test results. He was very condescending and asked well, have you gotten the vaccine? I said no, its only been 3 months since I had it. He said, OK? And? Why not get it? This was NOT a part of my question..I simply asked if it would affect the results if I had it 3 months ago. He never answered my question, just kept talking about the vaccine. I finally ended up saying, OK BYE..and drove off. He was exceptionally rude. Will not be back.

Thank you very much to Rebecca at the CVS pharmacy today!! 1.27.18 Both me and my son are sick with the flu and my prescription was going to be over $100. She was nice enough to double check my insurance and we only paid $20!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile. Really appreciate it.
