I drove 80 miles to purchase a slightly used Dodge Ram (9000 miles) from Jodi in the used car lot. The transaction was smooth and fast. From arrival to departure in my new (to me) truck was just over 2 hours! The used car sales manager was a rock star too. Very helpful. Thanks both of you!

I contacted Ennis Ford about the front blower motor recall on my 2017 Expedition. Once parts were available they placed my order and within a few days called to schedule the replacement. They offered (at home service) this was very convenient and saved me a lot of time and travel. The service tech arrived on time and completed the repair within an hour.I am a very satisfied customer!Phillip

The work done on my car was great as it usually is. What was not so great was getting blind sided by the cost. I've been taking all of the Ford vehicles I've owned and bought there for several decades now with service personnel changing throughout the years.I was very surprised to find out that the price a basic oil change just about doubled to just under $100 in less than a year and I was not told about this in advanced. The new people running the service department are not as professional as the previous group. I won't be taking any of my vehicle there for service anymore.

Normally it takes about an hour or longer just to get an oil change and tires rotated. But since the new management came in, I was in and out in about 40 mins. They are cleaning up shop and making things better. Now I don’t mind going to get my oil changed. They also started to offer mobile service at no extra charge. I will try this out next.

Service center Review - I took my F-150 here to get the rack & pinions replaced. I was quoted $800 for parts "double the cost of the parts at Autozone" & $2,000 for labor. I waited 5-6 weeks for it to be fixed. After growing tired of waiting, I decided to go pick it up and take it to another shop where I'm paying $1,100 for both parts and labor. Thank you, Ennis Ford, for giving me the time to realize I was being up-changed and able to leave before I was stuck paying double.

be careful when you purchase look at the vehicle very closely. I purchased a vehicle with a carfax the dealer present. there no accident or any damage but until I get home. the car has been repaint , run and overspray everywhere on the car and no service maintenance been done but they all say it's all been done. (We don't give a customer the vehicle without service them). Be careful when they present you any kind of form state unknown any hail damage or flood damage. Fishy. they even blame on the owner of this dealership. this is how he do business, I hope this message get to the owner so he can correct my statement if I'm wrong.

Service took 2.25 hours, which I understand sometimes happens. However, when I went back to check on my vehicle, I found one person working and four others standing there watching him, not assisting to expedite the work. The service area office manager saw me, then walked into the service area and told them, “This lady would like to go home today.” When they finished and pulled my vehicle around for me, I drove off, only to find that they did not put my tire key back in my vehicle. I had to turn around and go back to the dealership to get it. I will return, however, I hope they use this experience and grow from it.

I had about given up hope in finding what I perceived to be an honest car deal, until I found Justin Phillips and Ennis Ford. Complete clarity from introduction to signing. No hidden numbers or fees. Everything we talked about, and ultimately everything I received was exactly what we discussed. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. I’ll never buy a Ford from anyone other than Justin and Ennis. Can’t wait to go back and get my wife a new Explorer in the fall.

As nice as the young salesman was he was woefully unprepared for the vehicle he was about to try and sell me. I don’t blame him but I do fault management for not giving him the tools he needs to succeed. Great Customer Service should always prevail over the “close the deal as fast as you can” attitude. Maybe you should approach customer service more like an “upper echelon “ dealership does. And last but least I asked multiple times if the vehicle had 2 key fobs. Was repeatedly put off until after the paperwork was signed. Surprise, only comes with 1……….
