As seamless and easy as the application and move-in process was with FBM my husband and I were expectant that we would be very happy with FBM. Unfortunately that has not been the case, communication regarding work order requests has been very disappointing. Work orders being closed or marked as completed with no explanation or update from FBM or our property manger has led to lots of frustration. I was the most disappointed when calling the FBM office in regards a maintenance tech coming to the property without any confirmation or communication from my husband or myself. We became aware that a tech was inside the home as a result of our security cameras. Upon expressing my concern for the lack of communication to the FBM office, their response was “well that would be common courtesy but we don’t have to do that”. All and all it has been very disappointing and frustrating since officially signing with FBM.

FBM made our process quick & easy! From tour to application to move-in there has been awesome communication and the entire FBM team has been SUPER HELPFUL. 10/10 recommend. 🤠🏡
