Angie was AMAZING. She took her time and did an excellent job. She cut my 8 year olds hair (boy hair cut) best haircut he has ever had! I will drive 20 miles from here on out just to have his hair cut by her. Highly recommend!

Checked in online had 75 minutes waiting time. Went to the salon and was next in line and I was told by the hairstylist that she going to take care of other customer who was not on the list either on check in or walk in and was friends with hairstylist. Reason given to me was that hairstylist deleted their name by mistake. Which was blatant lie because I was keeping an eye on the check in list before I went in. This is complete disregard of customer service. Been a customer of great clips for more than Five years. This happened in ennis Texas location. Don’t think going back in even again.

Clean location and not always busy. Used the app to check the waiting times. Was in and out with a good haircut in about 30 minutes or so.

Open at 8??? Nope. Not today. Went by at 8:25 a.m. and I would have been 4th in line, but the door was locked. Not a good way to lure customers -- and the sign said Open!

I hate to write bad reviews and this is my first ever, but I am genuinely too upset to not say anything! I know not every haircut will be good but the haircut my grandmother received isn't okay! She is genuinely embarrassed to go out now and as her grandson to see her this upset it upsets me!
