We were customers there for both storage units and Uhaul rentals. Linda has always been such a great help and provided superior customer service. Her husband, Bobby, was also so friendly and helpful. It was a true pleasure doing business with them. I wish every business had employees of their caliber!

I highly recommend using ideal self storage in ennis, the building is very clean and the storage units are nice and well kept up. The staff there are also great to work with. Ms. Linda had helped me multiple times get into my storage unit and even comped me a lock once with no additional charge. I hadn't notified them that my last month was in February and when I noticed they drafted the payment out of my account I called Ms. Linda and she got me taken care of with a full refund.

Renewal time again. Everyone there is great to deal with. But my good friend Linda is totally awesome. I loved going by there just to visit with her. Be sure to keep her, and oh yea, she needs a raise.

The staff at Ideal Storage in Ennis, Tx are very courteous and helpful especially Patty. I was moving from one unit to another larger unit and with her help the transfer went very smoothly.
