“They have a beautiful gift shop and the only place I use for dry cleaning. I called a week ago about a dress I took to have cleaned from my son’s wedding. I couldn’t remember picking it up. They started looking for the dress immediately. It turned out I had picked up the dress a while back and forgot. I felt horrible for the fire drill but they couldn’t have been nicer! Thank you for being so kind and patient!”
