We purchased all new flooring for our renovation on our house and it wasn’t durable at all. Very disappointing! We used LoneStar flooring being in our hometown. We went and talked to the lady about different flooring, durability of the different floors and what we were looking for that suited our household.The hardwood flooring started cracking and coming up before it was even a year old.When we contacted LoneStar flooring nothing was done or offered to make it right. They would get back with me.Since then it has became 10x worse in the most traffic parts of our house. The kitchen, living room and back door area. To fix the floors or for us to replace it we would have to replace most of the flooring though out our attire house.This is very disappointing and just makes up sick. To spend all this money on floors and the for the floors to look like they have been down for years and years. A freshly remodeled like new house and then to have floors that have pieces missing etc… what a shame.

They just did our kitchen floor. It looks amazing! They are professional and work quickly. Overall they’ve done three rooms in our home and we love them all. Highly recommend! Great service!

We came in on a Friday and they close at 5:00. It was about 10 min before and no one to be seen. A few minutes later a saleswoman comes out with her purse ready to leave. And tried to hide it. Then said we close at 5. We explained what we were looking for to her. And she said well she has to go. Then it was 2 minutes til 5 and my husband said, it is had to get here before 5 if we work till 5. May need some later hours so people who work could come in and look. She said No i like my weekends. She started to say something. And I said it's okay we will go elsewhere.I won't go back. Sad they don't want the business. We were there for at a minimum of 10 min and were not helped. Which is fine. Except that they were more interested in leaving than actually helping. Hope she has a great weekend.And looked like nice tiles had a good selection of what I was looking for. Guess the owners don't mind loosing business.

We are remodeling our home, kitchen, bathroom (full tear out) and new floors in our home. The staff here is great to work with along with our contractor. I strongly recommend them to you. Big or small projects.. they are great!

These guys are amazing! They’re a family-owned business honestly and fairly serving the needs of their fellow man, community and customers. It’s hard to say you trust someone, especially in the remodeling industry, but these guys have gained my trust. They’ll get your job done right and beautifully and you’ll have a good time doin’ it; they are so nice! I love Lone Star and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had some countertops installed by this company. With that service Jesse informed me that the appliances were supposed to removed and placed back securely after installation. The backsplash was supposed to be replaced if damaged when removing the previous countertops and they were damaged. I understand Jesse and his team may be understaffed with many jobs on their schedule lbut that should not sacrifice good customer service. I have been inconvenienced with the appliances poorly put back into place, my dishwasher literally was falling out under the new countertops. I had to hire another contractor to repair my backsplash in a timely manner. Two weeks was unrealistic to wait for this process to be completed, it should have been a matter of two days max. Everything should have been scheduled at once and his staff should have done a better job of caring for the space they were working in. Debris was left every where and I had to get my kitchen back together after this horrible customer service experience. I did not even get an apology, just an invoice. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
