“All the staff are very very kind and helpful. We had a passport application appointment for our 4 month old and they were very patient with the baby pictures. We also had to run home to get a missing document but the lady took us in even though she was done taking appointments.”

“Even though I live in Ennis, I always come to the Palmer Post office. Valerie is always the young lady that waits on me. She is super courteous, efficient and always has a friendly smile. I have been in there before when a customer wasn't being very nice. I thought Valerie handled the problem wonderfully! The post office is very fortunate to have her as an employee!”
