The store itself looked fantastic—clean, well-stocked, and clearly managed by people who care. Most of the staff were great.
But what happened in the wine department was absolutely unbelievable. The blonde girl with glasses who helped me had an odor so intense and foul it stopped me in my tracks. It wasn’t a mild issue—it was a full-on, overwhelming stench of filthy clothes and something that smelled like animal waste. I genuinely had to step back to catch my breath.
There is no excuse for any customer-facing employee to be allowed on the sales floor in that condition. It shows a shocking lack of oversight from management. The store can look amazing, but none of that matters if customers are forced to deal with something this extreme. It completely destroyed what should have been a great experience.

It's a liquor store. Help if you need it or chill to let you browse the selections. If you start tweaking out on a section they will ask you for help. Its been my experience shady people give shady looks. I wish they carried two hoots brand Hard Tea.

I wish I could rate it zero stars, but unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow that . These people are extremely racist. I felt Unimaginably, uncomfortable, and violated and discriminated against. I was just stopping by in the area . I was heading Back to Dallas . I came into the store about a week ago. I don’t know their names, but they were all of a Caucasian race. I showed them my ID and just because it said I was from Colorado. They would not sell me any kind of product whatsoever. They said I need a valid Texas ID which I don’t live in Texas. I come from Colorado and i am Currently visiting.
They already had attitudes and were not very welcoming. It was displacing and Honestly, they made me feel like they Were staring at a monster. I will never come back to this place again simply because of poor judgment and abuse of a management position. If I’m being completely honest, they said and did this because I look black. My ethnic background is Hawaiian and Portuguese. Thank you very much. My ID is not invalid & I’m now 22 years old. I’ve never had a warrant went to jail or even been pulled over in my life. Simply just trying to pick up a drink to have a good time visiting family and they completely slanderd me . There are so many more liquor stores in the state of Texas, which isn’t an issue, but the issue was is how they ruined my day and made me feel. It was horrible . I tried contact a corporate or some higher person and they even said they could do nothing about it. It’s almost as if they didn’t believe me. Sick people like this do not deserve to be employed or even working with people at all.
I’m making this review today, hoping other people will see this and will speak up about these people and their rudeness. This store needs new management.
By the way, I KNOW I smelled liquor on the breath of the cashier as well.

We’re very racist to my friends who happen to be a disabled veterans after showing their ID also didn’t have a reason to not sell to them workers played into it too and didn’t do anything about it I highly do not recommend this liquor store because you will get profiled and treated like a criminal. They like to pick and choose who they want to sell too and once you bring up policy to them they mention calling the police.
