Traveling on I45 from DFW area to Galveston. Had to pull off in Ennis and discovered we had blown out a tire. We were stuck in the Auto Zone parking lot. We called another tire company that did not have the ability to assist, but referred us to Supreme Tire. They had a new tire in inventory for my car. They sent a truck that removed my wheel/tire, took it to their shop to mount the new tire, and then delivered and installed the new tire. They were friendly, courteous, professional and very prompt. They were wonderful and made a bad day a bit better!!!

Great service, fast friendly employees, ran over debris on the freeway and blew out a tire, pulled in and was greeted as I stepped out, had my spare tire pulled off and a replacement tire on in just a few minutes
We were back on our way in less than 20 minutes

Got me in and out, helped me with my price range, & even helped me get out of the parking lot because there were cars coming! I can’t thank you guys (& girl) enough, I will definitely come back and tell my friends/family to go here to!! YALL ARE THE BEST. Please stay hydrated out there in this heat.

I bought tires for the front of my car 12/27/2025 and on 05/20/25 I went because the threads are showing and they did NOTHING! Said it was my fault how I have no ideal! Will NEVER ADO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

We had a flat yesterday and was told to check with Supreme Tire to see if they had a tire for our Lexus RX350. What incredible service from arrival to departure. As we pulled into the lot, we were motioned where to park. We were greeted immediately and asked what we needed. First, they checked to see if the flat tire could be repaired. They showed where the damage was to the outer rim instead of just saying it was damaged. Luckily, they had a tire available. They removed the donut tire, balanced the tire purchased, put the new tire on, and replaced/secured the donut to its location in the trunk all within 30 minutes or so. Supreme Tire Co. you definitely earned this five-star rating for your stellar service. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround.

Omg!! When I say Rick is AMAZING! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. We had a flat late yesterday evening needed a tire for our BMW and needed to be on the road early. They made it happen on Sunday morning holiday weekend too! White glove service Kudos Rick!! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible Buisness they charged me $40 for a used tire, so I wanted to buy a matching tire from same Set, and she tells me $65 stating that the first tire I bought was wore out, and the second tire was in better shape. They were the same tires from the same Set. This lady was so rude and had horrible customer service. I will never go bck, and if you want good Buisness you better go elsewhere. Worst experience I ever had shopping for a used tire. I even offered her 60 for the second tire. She was so rude and crazy that I just left.

Sent my lady to get inspection done and they told her that her front tires were no good, with less 10,000 miles on them. As a college graduate for automotive mechanics. I am appalled that shops still get away with lying to there customers like this ?. It places like this that give us good technicians a bad reputation. Don't support this company let's end dishonest shops together.
