“Rented twice from here. Trucks were in good shape. Gentleman who runs this location was very accommodating when my move plans were messed up due to a problem with water at my house. I was also kinda afraid to drive the huge truck but he talked me through what I needed to know and it was much easier than I thought it would be. He put me at ease. Returning the truck the 2nd time was a cinch even though the store was closed. There was a drop box for the keys and I got the final invoice via email early the next morning.”
