The horrible lady tried taking advantage of my blind father who just wanted to move closer to his family tried to over charge us by $500. I guess she just thought it was ok to take advantage of a blind man and his family. Makes me sick. Who takes advantage of or trys to steal from a blind man? Disgusting! Ive reported them to the u-haul management of texas I hope no one else goes through this if your disabled or a family member is do not use them to move your loved ones they will do it to you too. I don't want anyone else to go through what we did She could have taken every cent my father had in his bank. What horrible people

Rented twice from here. Trucks were in good shape. Gentleman who runs this location was very accommodating when my move plans were messed up due to a problem with water at my house. I was also kinda afraid to drive the huge truck but he talked me through what I needed to know and it was much easier than I thought it would be. He put me at ease. Returning the truck the 2nd time was a cinch even though the store was closed. There was a drop box for the keys and I got the final invoice via email early the next morning.
