I called the pharmacy phone number and it said my kids medicine would be ready at 7:15, I was excited because she really needed tonight!!!! Guess what… the pharmacy is only open until 7! The phone prompt should not give you a time that is past closing time. Do better Walgreens! Plus the staff likes to take their sweet time.

Alert to all patients who have chronic conditions, DO NOT have your medication filled here or any Walgreens, I’m a senior who has a chronic pain condition and my doctor gives me pain medication every month. He calls it in the day before it’s due because I have to have someone pick up my medication for me and they are only available to help me 9:00-11:00
Today I had them go pick up my medicine that was called in 2 days ago and Walgreens decided to implement a new policy that pain medication can only be picked up after 2:00. My person who helps me had to leave and I’m now without my medication. We go after 2:00 and are then told they can’t fill the medication until you show up after 2:00. If you need your medication for chronic conditions DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS OR ANY OTHER WALGREENS!

Horrible service !!! People in the pharmacy is soooooo rude ... it looks like they are doing a huge favor refilling our prescription!Stay away from this pharmacy if you can ! I prefer to drive 1 hr to another one !

After waiting two weeks for my prescriptions, I have finally transferred to the HEB pharmacy. I was a loyal customer of Walgreens at both Georgetown and Dallas for many years. The Ennis Walgreens opens at 10 and you can NEVER get someone on the phone, even though they post a message saying there is one customer ahead of you. I had them on hold giving me that message and finally got in the car and drove 20 miles to the pharmacy where they told me the doctor had not responded. This was not true as I had called the doctor's office who told me the pharmacy had never sent a request...so I asked them to send the request. She sent it while I was on the phone. Then I drove 35 miles home (in the country) and tried to call. This was when they .. again .. said the doctor had not responded. Old people and sick people do not need a pharmacy like this one..unresponsive and dismissive of its customers.

There Pharmacy in Ennis is the worst I have ever seen.
They will not answer the Phone so when you call up front they tell you to come stand in Line.
Tried to get them to call another pharmacy to move my prescription after 2 days they
Still had not even brother to call and move it
Had to use another pharmacy to get my prescription filled.
I was. Walgreens customer that are a said place in Ennis Tx

I stopped in to use fedex at this location. They girl at the counter said they are here, she ran from the register to see if they were still in the pharmacy, she then ran to the front out the door and caught him. He was he was preparing to leave as she knocked on his window. Not sure that she broke any rules she sure saved me from going to Waxahachie to drop it off. Her name is Elty and she has made Ennis Walgreens a fan for life!!
