Store is. Convenient stop traveling from Nacogdoches to Lufkin. I stopped in to grab some snacks And something to quench my thirst. Store has a cluttered appearance possibly due to excessive inventory based on building size. Store is clean and staff is always friendly. I have never had a problem finding parking. Handicapped parking is available.

Love this store! Super helpful and friendly staff. I was greeted 3times in one visit. Shelves are stocked and neat. Bathrooms are VERY CLEAN!

Rude. Went and there was only 1 shopping cart outside and none in the store. There were 2 customers in the store other than me and my 4 kids. The other customers carried their belongings in their hands. I have 3 babies and only 1 cart so one had to walk holding my hand. He didn’t have shoes on because they ride in the cart usually. The store worker told me I needed to carry my kid. I told her there are not any shopping carts and I amHaving to carry my belongings in my hands plus my other 2 in the cart. She said she is using all the shopping carts for inventory. Ok so your customers can’t shop because y’all have stuff in all the shopping carts? Then don’t tell me how to parent my child. I should have dropped everything I had and left the store!!! I go to this store every single day because I have 3 kids 3 and under. Last week we got a half gallon of choc milk for the kids and it was clabbered. It didn’t expire for 5 days and was already bad. I’m guessing because of improper storage. This store needs to do better. Ridiculous

Customer service here is very lacking (if you don't personally know the workers) no "hi how are you" no "thank you for shopping". They NEVER hand me my receipt.Multiple times I have gotten to the register and the worker dashes off saying "I'll be back in a min". They don't use the rotating bag thing, instead they bag your items and pile it onto the count with the items they haven't scanned yet, which just makes a mess if stuff on the counter that you cant even grab because they put it behind the stuff that hasn't been scanned yet.Fingers crossed things get better when they move to the new building.

Do not recommend! Employees are rude and unprofessional. They will not let customers use the restroom at the store. Will never visit this location again.

Usually the only one within 50miles that's always stocked up. It usually has 2hat others dont have in stock around Angelina and Nacogdoches county's. Better than San Augustine's for sure.
