I had to call for a dead battery today. Placing the call was easy and updates were sent via text. The provider from Armada came quickly and was able to get it started and then changed out the battery. The whole process was fast. I was very appreciative for having AAA.

terrible customer service, good luck being able to contact them after you sign up, numbers always redirect to "corporate" so you'll never get through.
Edit: they're better but you have to drive up to the building.
