I let my membership expire in January because I lost my job.
I just called to sign up again but it seems I'm being punished.
I can't pay monthly and the annual fee is way higher than what it shows online like double.
Of course you get the standard response of this being company policy.

I had to call for a dead battery today. Placing the call was easy and updates were sent via text. The provider from Armada came quickly and was able to get it started and then changed out the battery. The whole process was fast. I was very appreciative for having AAA.

I had a fantastic experience at the AAA North Tarrant County Branch when I needed an international driver's license.
I arrived prepared with a printed application form and two passport-sized photos.
The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than five minutes!
I received my international driver's license booklet immediately. For just $20, it was a hassle-free and quick process.
Highly recommended!

It took 5 hours to get to an agent on the phone. I was suppose to have my insurance for my daughter. I bought her a car and the insurance was not sent to my house . I talked to someone and never received the insurance cards. It was my daughters birthday . My insurance is 1100.00. I think it is time to find another insurance company

Came here for an international driving permit. No appointment needed. Whole experience took 15 minutes - walked in, they took 2 passport photos of me ($15), I brought in the pre-filled application (just Google AAA IDP application), I paid with credit card (no additional fee), and then I walked out with my official international driving permit (no mailing or additional wait necessary) which lasts for one year. What a great experience!

terrible customer service, good luck being able to contact them after you sign up, numbers always redirect to "corporate" so you'll never get through.
Edit: they're better but you have to drive up to the building.

I came in for an international driving permit, and was delighted at how fast and professional everyone was. They got me in and out and taken care of very quickly. Excellent customer service by very nice staff members!

We paid $10,000 for a trip to Deadwood, SD, and then were told in the middle of the trip that the Insight Vacations tour guide decided to skip Deadwood, SD this trip. Are you kidding me???????

Don't know why so many people write terrible reviews for a location when they had a bad tow experience or something.... This location is very nice and polite helpful staff. Erica was super helpful getting my international drivers license done!!
