No Saturday lobby hours. All coin counting machines removed. Refusing to take even rolled coin if over ten rolls. Inability to pay off lines of credit online.

I'm their client almost 6 yrs, now they change the hourly service, closed on Saturday ?. As many of us we work M-F 7:30-5:00 and no close to any sucursal. Totally disappointed.

Staff seems to know nothing. When you call in with an issue, it's a "back office" issue. I had to call 2 or 3 times to get anyone on the phone. No real support here. And the ATMs are about 20 years old.

Found this location recently and it's a very convenient spot, easy to get in and out. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly welcome. Got some questions answered and ended up bringing someone back to open an account. I'm looking forward to returning for most of my credit union business!

I gave two stars because the bad service should not include the team. Scott Lloyd, the Loan Officer was terrible. Horrible Service, bad attitude to the customer, tone of voice was get out of my office don’t lose my time. Was a horrible experience. Do not go to that location find another bank.

The slowest service ever!! My debit card information was stolen and the thieves spent my money plus more. AACU did not offer any solutions besides waiting for a new card. Thats 5 to 7 days without access to my money! After 8 days, I still have not received my card and when I called to check on the status of the fraud, they told me it has still not been resolved and my account was negative! If I were a member of any other major bank, I would have had access to MY funds immediately. I have been a member for almost 20 years...this is such a disappointment. I'm switching financial institutions.
