Best AT&T store experience I have ever had - hands down!! Reid helped me find the phone I was looking for and was very knowledgeable of all their product offerings. In addition, he was able to help with my unique billing situation - I was in and out of there in less than an hour!! I did not feel pressured at all with sales tactics like at other stores.

Terrible service! No one said hello when I walked in, so I had no idea what to do until I spoke with another customer who also didn’t know what was going on. Until it was awkward, one of the associates said that someone will be with me shortly. Then I wanted for 20 minutes with no one to help me. Worst ATT store I’ve ever been to. Will be moving all my 8 lines to Verizon.

I enjoyed conversing and the agent was knowledgeable, however they did apply two add-ons without my consent, which caused me to be on chat for about two hours to resolve. This is shady business practice. If you go here, make sure you check your bills.

I had a great experience transferring my service from T-Mobile to AT&T thanks to Ana! She was incredibly helpful, polite, and made sure I understood everything clearly throughout the process. Her customer service was top-notch. If you’re in the Euless area and need help with your AT&T account, definitely stop by and ask for Ana – she’s awesome!

Ana and Rebecca did a great job working with me. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but they're professionals you can tell. Ana primarily helped and knew a lot of knowledge about the products and services. Her personality is almost as beautiful as she is. ALMOST.

If I could give Hayden a 10/10 I would!
Besides being my child’s doppelgänger, he was able to fix what AT&T customer service couldn’t figure out after 4hrs following a BOTCHED “In Home Expert” upsale.
We were there for about an hour total after customer service for AT&T chose to COOPERATE.
I will only ever go in when I need help.
