One of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had! Such a positive change buying from a smaller dealer vs a large dealer. My experience with large dealerships have been they try to present you with a fancy showrooms, donuts and coffee, then disappoint you with their sales force and price shenanigans. Ezzat (Zack) with Auto Financial Group presented the opposite. First there was absolutely no surprise when it came to pricing, what is presented is what was delivered - No extra nonsense fees entered last minute. Most impressive part in working with Zack, is the more you speak with him the more trustworthy you realize he is. He went out of his way through the entire purchasing experience to make sure I understood the entire car buying process, during and even after the purchase. Never did I feel pressured or rushed. I also noticed he takes pride in the cars he has up for sale, he is very selective and is diligent in the quality selection and very clean presentation. My family is ecstatic with the car we purchased from them. I highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a car to pay Auto Financial Group a visit!

Ezzat sold me an incomplete car. The car has a salvaged title because it was wrecked from behind. The car had a cheap paint job because dirt sticks on to the car and it doesn't come off. I was quoted $2,028 to get the paint fixed. Ezzat hasn't contacted me back about fixing this car.
