I had to give this location a huge shout out! I had the worst experience at the Inwood location in Dallas yesterday evening just
several minutes before I arrived to this location. They assisted me with a new battery after a car leaving work in 100 degree temperatures. In less than 10 minutes I had a replaced battery for a fraction of the cost that I refused at the previous location. One of the service reps heard the conversation I had with the salesperson at Inwood, and flat out stated “they’re lying to you”. I appreciate this location for optimizing professional service and understanding my needs! We need more like YOU!

My car battery died and I rolled into this Autozone after getting jump started. Brian was very helpful testing my battery, helping me select a new battery, and installing it for me while being incredibly polite and conversational. Thank you Brian!

Brandon and Damien at the Euless location 1580 are AMAZING! I needed a new battery and terminal and they were so kind and helped me out in a flash! Will be returning here from now on for all my battery needs! Highly recommend!

Batteries for my keys were not in stock at AutoZone Euless, rep advised me where to purchase and bring them back.
When brought back, AutoZone was effectively replaced batteries for me.
