1. You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does from 4am-12am.
2. Nowhere near enough parking.
3. Bugs in the pantry, white mystery substance and clumps of hair in a closet at move in.
4. The gate doesn’t work or is left open at least 6 months out of the year.
Maintenance has been the only decent experience.
The resolution offered was to move at my cost, to a smaller, more expensive apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this wonderful community. Avenue 900 offers spacious floorplans and gorgeous amenities. Skylar was also very professional and able to answer any questions I had regarding the community and area. I would highly recommend leasing here!

Avenue 900 is a beautiful place to live. I really enjoyed living there, I really didn't want to move, but I had to in order to have a Two Bedroom Apt. Skylar The Assistant Leasing Manager is AWESOME AWESOME, AWESOME. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to try and get me into a two bedroom Apt. he is always trying to help Tenants in some type of way. He is very easy to deal with and treat people with respect. The Maintenance team is Great, they are always on their job, especially dealing with me, because I was known as the work order Queen lol. Overall the Staff there at Ave 900 is Great.

I am writing this review after living here for 13 months and completing my lease. I had an incredible experience living in this apartment community! From day one, it felt like home, thanks to the amazing staff and the well-maintained property.
First and foremost, Carly and Skylar are fantastic! They truly care about the residents, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to listen whenever we had questions or concerns. Their warmth and professionalism made a world of difference in our stay.
Maintenance was outstanding! In over a year, we only needed assistance twice—once for an air filter change and another time for light bulbs. Both requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about how well this community is managed.
We had the privilege of living in the main building, right next to the leasing office, which gave us easy access to the gym, swimming pool, and mailroom—such a convenience! Despite being close to the office, our apartment was peaceful and quiet, with absolutely no disturbances.
The unit itself was in pristine condition when we moved in, and we made sure to maintain it just as well so the next residents could enjoy the same high-quality living experience. It was spacious, filled with natural light from the large windows, and had a welcoming, cozy feel.
One minor issue we noticed during our stay was that the entrance gates were often broken. However, I believe this was due to some residents not using them responsibly. To their credit, management always worked quickly to fix the issue, but it might be worth considering a more durable or upgraded gate system to prevent ongoing problems.
Location-wise, this apartment is perfectly situated—right by the freeway, close to the airport, with Kroger and Aldi just five minutes away. Plus, there’s a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby that we absolutely loved!
Unfortunately, we had to move due to the commute to work, but if it weren’t for that, we would have happily renewed our lease. If you’re looking for a well-managed, quiet, and convenient place to call home, I highly recommend this community!

Skylar and Artesha were very Welcoming and polite ! They kept up with me on every step needed for my application. The application process was very smooth. The place by far has been super quiet and pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Artesha while searching for a new home, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication. From the very beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect place for me. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring that every property she showed me was a good fit.
What stood out most was the staff's friendly and approachable demeanor. No question was too small, and they were always available to provide helpful information even when Artesha stepped away to help another prospect.
If you're looking for a leasing agent who is not only professional and efficient but also truly cares about helping you find the right home, I highly recommend Artesha, actually the entire staff! They made a typically overwhelming process smooth and even enjoyable. Five stars!

I moved to Avenue 900 nearly a month ago and I have been very pleased with the unit, the facility, the fitness center, and staff. Skylar made the move-in process very easy. I checked out a few places before deciding on Avenue 900, and very pleased with my decision to move here. Close to the airport and shopping.

We are in our 3rd year of residing at Ave 900 and we love it! Carly stays on top of any issues and the maintenance team is unmatched! We left the complex for a few months (save for a house), but missed it so much, we came right back! Would highly recommend!

I do not recommend you move in here. First, I will say the staff is fantastic, they have been incredibly helpful. However, the apartment is just so run down. I've lived here six weeks and lost count of the number of maintenance tickets I've had to open. When I moved in there was standing water in the water heater closet, the place was dirty, there were still clothes in the dryer from the last tenant, which is ironic as the dryer didn't work. I went my first month without a working dryer. I trip breakers constantly and the only thing I'm doing is turning on the lights. It has just been problem after problem here. I like the neighborhood, but I would recommend you check out one of the apartments on the street.

Very friendly and quick to respond to any problems or maintenance needs. The amenities are really nice and I especially enjoy the large fitness area and coffee in the office. They even have dog trats for my dog .

Tried to tour this apartment complex 2 times. 1) no parking 2)went online to schedule a tour and received an email to come in ANYTIME during their hours of operation with no specific day. When in today and the lady said we didn’t have an appointment and kicked my boyfriend and I out.

"Stay far away from this apartment complex! The service is abysmal, with rude and unhelpful staff who seem to go out of their way to make your living experience a nightmare. Parking is a nightmare – even if you're registered, your vehicle is fair game for towing. Don't waste your time and money here. I've had the unfortunate experience of living here, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this horrendous apartment complex. Zero stars and zero recommendation from me."
This place doesn't let guests come in, and they gotta park their car on the street, not in the lot. Make sure you check with the office about the guest parking before you decide to sign the lease.

This apartment complex has some of the most insolent staff I’ve ever seen. However, Skylar is an exception to this. He’s amazing! I wouldn’t renew my lease here if my rent was going to be free!!!
