Scam!!! Stay way away from this place. They will rack up charges with unnecessary test and not even tell you that you owe a bill. They are scamming people left and right. I am reporting this company to BBB and fraud alert. Then they will not let you cancel you plan that nothing is even covered. Everything is out of pocket. Ready all the other 1 star reviews. This place should be shut down!!!!

I recently just got two kittens & banfield @ petsmart in Euless set me up for appointment the next day. I was able to drop them up first thing in that morning & picked them up at the end of the day. The dr called me & explained everything to me & when I picked them up, they showed me what to. Everyone here has been so kind & patient. I am so glad I found a good vet for my babies.

They treat my baby with the utmost care I always feel safe when I have to drop her off for an appointment because I know she will be taken care of and treated like she is worth a million dollars. The people here are wonderful and I consider them one of the family the Doctors are so awesome and the techs are a 1 in a million everytime my baby goes to the vet she poos on them but they just smile and clean it up and continue with the appointment and my ba y is 12 yrs old and has never left my side from the day she was born yet she is happy to go see her Doctor spheres.
Thank you all my lovely clinic you rock.

Do not bring your animal here! The nurse is very rude and doesn’t not care for the animals. They lie about the price to get you to come in and then change it up to an extra $100 or more. And also want to do tests that are not necessary for the extra money. This place is very high for their prices.
Go to Mid-Cities Animal Urgent Care, prices are more affordable and they staff is very friendly and caring for the animals.

I have tried other pet hospitals and I always end up back at Banfield! They streamline everything so you have everything in one place. They always have great customer service and I would recommend them to everyone!

I have many issues with the way this is managed. They’ll tell you that you are locked in for your initial year. They don’t tell you that the service will auto renew every year and you can only cancel this service on your renewal anniversary. When I told them that I wasn’t going to be using the service for another year and I wanted it cancelled, they refused. I told them that I would simply cancel the card. The staff said they would report it to the credit agencies that I was delinquent on my payment. I didn’t appreciate that.
The vets prefer trifexis for flea, tick, and heart worm prevention. I don’t like that medication because it makes my dog sick. I prefer the topical treatment. The vet argued that it doesn’t prevent heart worms.
Heart worms are transmitted by mosquitoes, which the topical treatment prevents. Ergo, topical prevents heart worms. I had to argue this point every time I went in for a check up, before she would finally order me the topical. It’s not like the vet just didn’t know the topical prevents heart worms. She just refused to acknowledge it. They don’t care about you or your dog.

3 stars for my recent visit because service usually seems good although recently our appointment was canceled without our knowledge so we managed to get our two 80+ lb puppies all the way to the location all for nothing. We had to reschedule. The clerk said they called but it’s not true because I’ve been a customer for years for multiple pets and have received texts, calls, and emails without any problems for years but somehow they claim they couldn’t reach me to inform me of the cancellation. I understand things happen but I feel that they made false claims about trying to contact me when they could’ve just been honest. This experience leaves me wondering what else they could be dishonest about.

I am done with Banfield. I always end up with an issue at every location I’ve taken my dog to through her Wellness Plan. In 2021 I was begged to give one more chance. Well, today is only one of many issues that’s happened and is the day I give up and cancel her plan. They have wasted my time, money and not to mention placed my dog in emotional distress having to come in for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. We were scheduled a booster shot appt. On Aug. 23rd after being here Aug. 2nd to get her exams and get vaccines up to date….. Aug. 23rd I found out they never vaccinated my dog with anything. If that’s the case then why was my dog kept in the back for so long, not released and booked an appt.?? They booked an appt. for a vaccine that was going to have to be paid out of pocket anyways when I explained on Aug. 2nd I couldn’t get that vaccine for her right now!Pathetic. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend Banfield to anyone!Please, do not bring your pets to Banfield. Look for a non-corporate ran Veterinarian who truly cares.

They were so caring as they delivered some bad news around my fur baby’s health. They referred me to a nearby emergency hospital who took great care of my dog and she is now back home. They also called to check in on how she was doing a couple days later and I really appreciated that.

I cannot thank this crew enough for their kindness and professionalism in treating my elderly cat. They fit us in to an already busy schedule and still made sure we had the best quality of care and understood all our options to make the best decision for our little guy. A truly phenomenal staff
