I love going here in the mornings since it actually gives me a place to relax and get away from people who bully me at my school because of depression and anxiety, that stuff. However, when it comes to the days that it's closed, usually just for other students, I think that's kind of stupid? You can just ban them, and also not the entire school like last year. I know there's some employees that are REALLY nice, like one gave me water so I didn't have to leave cause I was waiting for my friend so I could order for both of us. But sometimes I really get pissed off cause we (MINORS) get yelled at and cussed at to leave if we don't have food or a drink. I understand for the other kids, but me and my friend do nothing wrong, infact if I had to, I'd give up my seat for someone else because I know I don't have problems with my legs or back, and I'd rather them sit if they need it than me.

Me and my bestest friend wanted icecream and so we went to baskin robins and we walked in at 9:42 and they don't close till 10, but they told us "ummm we like close soon" and then didn't take our order. So we left. Never going back

I ordered through the drive-thru today. I had three different orders and the lady repeated them back to me over the speaker. She got it wrong the first time, but I corrected it and she said it completely correctly the second time. I had a single scoop or mint, a double of choc chip, and a single of pink bubblegum. When I got up to the window my order was wrong (she had put two of my ice cream orders in the same cup). When I mentioned it, she made a face and closed the window without saying anything. When she brought it back it I had three single scoops. I went to say something again (because I paid for one to be a double) but she closed the window and walked away before I could. Really rude.

Ordered via Uber eats, ordered their Reese’s sundae, description said 3 scoops, hot fudge peanut butter sauce, crushed Reese’s cups on top. We got 1 scoop with Reese’s pieces thrown on top. $10 each for that. Don’t waste your money with these people. Yet another place where people take zero pride in their jobs, or being an honest establishment. Seems to be the norm lately. At least Uber gave me some $$ back.

Me and my boyfriend went and after ordering and the people that took our order were rude and looked like they would rather be somewhere else. That’s not even the worst part, after getting into our car we found a hair in both of our ice creams and they weren’t our because both of our hair was up. First and last time going there.

Worst place to order anything. They need new owners and staff. What a joke of a place and a waste of space. Maybe they should close this place.

Lobby is locked during business hours, and the store appears to be abandoned. All the lights are on, but there’s not a customer or employee in sight. This isn’t good for their business model, considering how people can buy coffee and ice cream almost anywhere.

I give two stars because the young man who was clocked out and walking out the door asked if we needed help and turned to the four employees behind the counter and asked one of them to help us. One girl responded to the young man “you work here” and not one of them offered any help or acknowledgment. To the young man, thank you. I hope management will coach the other four girls a little bit about customer service.

I like that it's a Dunkin Donut and Baskin Robbins combo! You can get the best of both worlds. I had great customer service today and was greeted upon entry. My only con is they didn't have the boba drink that's been advertising. Something about it not being a full Baskin Robbins so they don't get all ingredients or ice cream flavors. Still had a great experience. Don't get the cornbread donut it's not worth the calories. lol

Three strikes... First - stopped by late afternoon the door was locked and no employees, no sign. Second - early evening door locked and employees inside. Woman came to the door to advise they were dealing with a serious situation, cops in the drive thru, and could not tell me when they would allow customers. Third - early afternoon and entered the store to find no ice cream except the pre-packaged. Coolers broken. All in a month's time...was the universe telling me I don't need ice cream??? Probably, LOL. But, not good business.

I should not even give this place a one star it just won't let me fill in anything if I don't pick a star we waited in line forever because the inside was closed we got up there to it finally and they had nothing that we wanted that it was definitely not 31 flavors evidently and the gentleman in front of us had a phone with I don't know 37 clicks on it where the lady has a return scanner out at least 10 × to scan something and then put it back and scand again and then put it back and then put it back and scand again and then come to find out it was 2 dozen donuts... we got nothing and left what a mess.. I will never go back
