I went in the store around 3:00 pm today and the two ladies who was working at the front door asked me if i needed any help I said no and asked her where the candles still on sale for 13.50 she said no the sales only lasted for the weekend I said ok. She asked me again did I need any help I said NO! This lady is constantly watching me while I’m in this store! Maybe because of my skin color I’m not sure but I shop in this store often but will not give this establishment another dime of my money! It’s sad that racism is still alive and real and at such a young age it’s installed in the youth because she could not have been over the age of 21! Ridiculous and sad!

I love the selection of items at Bath and Body Works. After placing an online order and stopping by the store, I just couldn't resist buying a few more things that I just had to have. The store in Euless is fantastic, it's easy to get in and out of, usually not crowded (or at least when I'm there), has a great selection and this last visit.. everything was on SALE!!

I go instore to make a purchase using the deals Bath and Body Woks sent me. After walking around getting my items I go to check out only to be told “oh you have to order online” I show/read to her what the deal say (In store and Online) she said “they” told us this is the promo. I have so many questions.. like how can yall advertise something in writing and not honor it?? Poor customer service for not honoring clearly something that’s in writing from Bath and Body Works. A total waste of my gas and time!!!!

I love bath and body works I usually go to the one in southlake but I decided to try this one. No one said anything to me the entire time I was at the store. I wasn’t greeted, had several associates walk right pass me and said nothing. Even had one stand be side me with a handful of products didn’t even look my way, another person came in the general vicinity and she spoke to her even asked if she needed help. This will me my last time coming here.

Pick-up and checkout services at this location are a 0 on a scale of 1-5 stars. The service provided by Carson and her staff this morning was awful. Clear communication skills are vital when assisting customers. Additional training is needed at this location!!

Very helpful on finding the selection i was interested in finding. Staff was nice and anytime I need b&bw products I will definitely come back.

I have never good experience with this location. When you try to use coupon, they treat you very low. and it is always the case. Try to avoid this store.

Don't do a pick up order from this location. They canceled over half the order when they had the products. lip scrub and body butter was tampered with. Just Sad do free shipping from the warehouse at least it's safe

Make sure you’re not very sick in bed with Covid and need any favors from B&BW! They will NOT even attempt to even think about appeasing anything for you! I called the customer service line after purchasing a significant amount of product realizing I will need the cellophane and bows. Something that comes as a courtesy in store. When I first call I’m hung up on multiple times from people who clearly just don’t want to do their job. Can hear them cackling and chatting in the background then I get someone who says they can get me cellophane and bows but I have to purchase a new order. I was actually willing to do this as I’m at home sick with COVID and need the cellophane and bows for gifts for my daughter’s school. I don’t have family help so no one is going to the store for me. I know this store would greatly appreciate if I stayed away as well with my Covid however I then spoke to a supervisor who told me I would have to go to a store and purchase new items in order to receive the cellophane. I’m so OVER B&BW at this point! The hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I’ve spent in the last just year or two alone and I can’t get some free cellophane thrown into a completely bogus order just to obtain it? This company needs new guidance and head of their sales and marketing because whatever their outlook right now is. It will NOT get them far! I can see why so many went out of business in my old city! People like this who just don’t want to do a simple solid for a reliable customer!! Even if I hadn’t been loyal any customer for that matter! Common human decency imho!
