Rooms were not very clean and were outdated. We used the sofa bed and when we pulled it out, it still had old linens in it that were dirty. Our fridge didn’t work very well. Staff at the front desk were not very helpful or personable with the exception of one lady. The location of the hotel was very good for our needs.

Very friendly service, quick check-in. Convenient location to the airport with quick shuttle service and low cost long term parking for when taking a flight out.

Rooms: The rooms were clean and well kept. Furniture was a bit out of date but it's what you would expect for an "air port" hotel
Safety: Felt safe inside the building, however poor parking leaving us to park near an abandoned gas station, walk across an empty lot with no lights left us feeling unsafe. We came on a busier weekend in June. If you're traveling and arriving by shuttle or ride sharing you would have no problem.
Walkability: Easy to walk around the hotel and hallways
Noteworthy details: Pool, hot tub and breakfast was a nice touch to the hotel and the only thing giving the hotel a 3 star rating. If it wasn't for those it was feel like a motel 6.

Their breakfast was very good. The ladies had run the breakfast with extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver was very helpful. We will be returning, It's nice to know.If there's still locations you can go to and have Is a good experience. Hot tub help me a lot, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was subpar for a Best Western Plus. Breakfast was good and front desk service was adequate but not impressive. However, there were multiple issues with the rooms. After requesting for the second time, we were given connecting rooms. Both rooms had dirty carpets and a bit of a smell. The air conditioning in one room was not working properly, and the room felt humid and had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It also had a loose bathtub spout. In the other room, we discovered that the sheets on the sofa bed had not been changed and had stains (likely coffee). Airport shuttle service was convenient and adequate. However, the van needs to be cleaned.

The beds were not clean. Mattresses were stained with blood as I always look for bed bugs. There was rice on the floor as if it hadn't been vacumed. Wont be back. The staff at the front were nice. The shuttle drivers were helpful and very nice and friendly. But the rooms were gross

Rooms were nice and clean. The people were very nice and extremely helpful. The only issue we had was with the shuttle driver who did not want to take us to the restaurant we wanted to go to. In the end, he did it but had to be told by the manager to do so. We will definitely stay here again when in the DFW area.

Safety: Have never had a problem with vehicle in parking lot, have stay here many times.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff at this hotel. My family and I had made travel arrangements, but due to an unforeseen medical emergency involving my wife, we were compelled to cancel our trip. Upon contacting the hotel to request a cancellation and a refund, I encountered significant resistance. Despite offering to provide a medical note to substantiate our situation, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and uncooperative.
Subsequently, my wife attempted to address the matter the following day, only to be met with the same discourteous behavior from the same individual. Shockingly, he even went so far as to suggest that my wife should proceed with the trip despite her medical condition. Despite escalating the issue to the Customer Relationship department at the Best Western hotel chain, we were unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution.
This entire experience has been profoundly disappointing, and it reflects poorly on both the specific franchisee and the Best Western brand as a whole. It is disheartening to encounter such callousness and lack of empathy, especially during a time of genuine need.

1night stay before flying out. Location made for a perfect short trip to DFW airport. Hotel is clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel close to the airport. It even has a small swimming pool. The beds are big and comfortable, so is the rest of the room. Everything was clean, couldn't have asked for a better stay while waiting for our next-day connection!

Overall great stay, but would appreciate more prompt room servicing. Over a 4 day stay, they never purposefully cleaned my room, changed towels, or did anything to maintain the place. Otherwise, super comfy beds, friendly front desk. Amenities are too small. Would recommend stocking the room according to the number of persons staying. Teenie weenie single serve shampoo cannot extend to three people over a 4 day stay!
