Was kind of worried upon check in. The gentleman that checked us in wasn't so welcoming. Hospitality was a 0. Rooms could have been a little fresher. Beds were comfortable. Stay was redeemed by a very friendly and nice lady Mrs Tonya upon checking out. She was very professional and rendered excellent customer service.

I regret to say that my recent stay at the Best Western in Euless Texas was marred by a deeply unsettling encounter with a member of the staff. As someone who travels frequently, I understand that hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel industry, and it is with this understanding that I feel compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a demeanor from an older member of the staff that can best be described as rude and judgmental. Hospitality is not just about providing a room for the night; it's about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, I felt neither during my interactions with this individual. The inhospitable attitude, brusque tone, and unwarranted judgmental comments made me feel extremely uncomfortable, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that no guest should have to endure. It is not my intention to belittle or unnecessarily criticize, but rather to highlight an area where serious improvement is warranted. Customer service training or a refresher course on professional conduct may benefit in preventing similar future incidents with other guests.Despite this negative interaction, I did find the general amenities and the rest of the staff at Best Western Euless Texas to be adequate. However, an isolated incident such as this can have a significant impact on one's overall impression of a hotel.I truly hope that this feedback is taken constructively, and that necessary measures are put in place to improve staff interactions, ensuring that all guests are treated with the kindness and respect they deserve. Sadly, due to this experience, I am reconsidering my future patronage of this establishment."Front Desk Frank"

We were put here by American Airlines. When I saw the price was a mere $75 a night I was floored. Well worth the price, even though we're not paying.

After a disappointing day with the airlines we also had a poor experience with this Best Western. Our flight had a 12 hour delay until finally getting into our connecting flight (Dallas) which required an overnight stay. American Airlines offered a hotel room for each of the people in my party (my partner and I). We declined the additional room and therefore were given a voucher for one room. We also were each given a food voucher which we used earlier in the day. Although our total time getting to our original destination was 23 hours, the airline would not give any other food voucher. When we checked in we noted the time of the breakfast and were told that our stay did not include free breakfast but the female attendant offered to take our meal vouchers for the breakfast (again, did not have any). It felt like Best Western was trying to take advantage of our circumstances. Also, the room was not clean. We found several toe nail clippings and the towels did not feel fresh.

We lost our connecting flight (due to slow processing in DFW airport (it took us 1:50 min to reach the connecting flight but we reached there as the desk agent took the last passengers in but refused to to allows to board. We reached the hotel around 11 pm. Checked in and walked to the Waffle House for food. All was well except the hotel airport shuttle started at 4 am and the next one was an hour later. As we needed to leave 4:30 am (to make sure we do not miss our flight. We used a taxi to avoid missing our flight.Nearby activities: Waffle House.Noteworthy details: Morning Airport shuttle service is not frequent enough to the airport.

That's the last time I'll request a room on the first floor. There were cobwebs in the ceiling edges and corners, and dead bugs on the edges of the carpet. I guess the rooms on first floor are easier access. The room was pretty big. The furniture could use some updating, The carpet too.The fried instead of scrambled eggs were great. First time I've seen that in a free breakfast. The yogurt machine was a big plus as well. The breakfast made up for most of the shortcomings. The fitness center was crowded with equipment but some dumbbells were missing.Oh and they checked me out of my room before I checked out! My bags were already out and there was only an hour left, but I could've done some work in there while eating yogurt. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.

Bathroom really needs some attention. Poorly done tiles cracking under your feet. Clear water damage/mold on the back of the door. Black marks on the walls. Water from the shower goes everywhere. Bed was comfortable though and the rest of the room was dated, but clean. Processing all the airline vouchers could've been a much faster process. Seemed the front desk was doing everything they could. Just a bad system.

Only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms were clean. This is one of the options Delta offers when your flight is delayed. They are very understaffed so checkin was extremely slow. It took more than an hour to check in one airport shuttle because there was only one person at the front desk. Shuttle is useless because it only goes every hour. But considering the other hotels on offer, this might be best of the worst.

My family stayed here while visiting. Beautiful and clean. Close to DFW Airport and all the highways. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay here again. Our new favorite hotel. Tiny but cute outdoor

Nice quiet hotel, could use updating, but nice none the less. Would recommend for a good stay. Was there two days no issues.

I've never had a bad experience with Best Western Plus rooms... until today. We checked in and went to room (412). The room smelled bad. Started putting our stuff up. Husband walked around the side of bed near window unit. Carpet was wet. Turned down AC, to cool room off and left for dinner. Told the front desk the issue with room on our way out. He advised us it's because of the humidity here and that's why carpet is wet. Left and came back from dinner. Went to room...carpet is now soaked. Front desks solution is to give us towels to put on floor. We initially took four large towels and went to room. Put the towels on floor and through four layers of towels, they were Immediately soaked. No... this isn't acceptable. We ask to change rooms. Now we're in room 415. The carpet is wet in this room too near AC unit, but not as bad... however the AC unit isn't working. It's 90+ degrees in room. I call Best Western Customer Care, they offer me 2500 points and status upgrade for the inconvenience. Excuse me...??? Can you imagine getting up in middle of night, squishing all the way to bathroom... and get back in bed with funky wet feet. No. That is unacceptable. I went down to front desk and requested a cancelation and refund. This was given, and process was quick and easy. They gave me status upgrade that I'll never use. After this I will never stay at Best Western on any level after their flippant attempts of resolution and the front desk admitting to the known issues of these rooms. Do better.

I came here on a business trip. I had to book the hotel a little last minute because I had troubles with the original hotel I'd reserved. This hotel was a pain. I went to pay and they told me that they had already charged my card. Problem is: we reserve our hotels with our personal cards and pay with our company cards (so then if you don't cancel or something, it's on you, not the company). The front desk lady told me it was because I used a private booking agency. My company has used this agency for over a year and this is not a problem with any other hotel.Moving onto the actual hotel:The beds were comfortable. A lot of people in the reviews have problems with the square pillows, but I actually liked them a lot. The curved shower curtain rod was so badly installed that it was practically hanging by a screw on each side and the curtain would just fall into the middle of the bar. Also the lighting in the room was so dim even with all the lights on. Which was like 5 different lamps that you had to turn on one at a time.

I checked in about 4pm. By 8pm it was clear the ac wasn’t working. I asked to be moved to another room. The desk clerk said they were completely booked but she would send someone to try to fix it. There is no telling how long that was gonna take past bedtime. I checked the website and they had plenty of rooms available. They lied to me. I walked across the parking lot and checked into a room with working ac. I need a room in this area about twice a month. In the future it will not be here.

The rooms are a little dated, but the staff work hard to keep it clean and professional. Breakfast was pretty good, and fresh. We spent the night on American Airlines dime, and I would stay here again if future flights were delayed or canceled.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious.Safety: Front doors are locked after a certain time, and you must be buzzed in to enter. Felt like a safe location by the airport.
