It's a good car wash-But the people that run this Carnation are very sweet and helpful!When I was having a rough moment after losing my keys in the vacuums, the employees noticed my distress and were very kind and helped me get them back. Props to the owner!

Service: always consistent no matter the location. The vacuums always work and they always have clean towels to dry your vehicle. I wish they had the mat cleaners however. I appreciate the air blower and the cleaners they offer for free.Price: I pay $20 per month and can go any amount of times I want so, that’s a great deal.

When I went to get my car detailed the staff was really friendly and the service was great. Never did I think that my car would look new again after having it this long. Great service friendly environment awesome place highly recommended to friends and family. ?

Every time I come to the car wash the gentleman who helps me is very polite and enthusiastic. I can’t remember his name but an older gentleman with glasses, and he’s uplifting every time. thank you sir and car nation!

I just had such a wonderful experience here. I went to get my car wash but the place did not take Apple Pay and I did not have my physical card with me. The young man then gave me the car wash for free. My oldest daughter and I were blown away and so thankful. THANK YOU so much y’all made our day! I'm extremely disappointed because they denied me the car wash service just because I had a bike rack on my van. They cited it as their company policy, which has left me with no choice but to cancel my membership. I really enjoy their shop, but I feel like I have no other recourse.

Very short staffed. Always a wait upon arrival. I've had multiple memberships here due to lack of correct information given by employees. I will no longer return to this location after the 3rd. I've been paying $34 a month and cant get my wheels cleaned/wiped after a wash. Prices are too high for services given.
