I got everything online being scared that I was not going to like certain of stuff but I ended up LOVING ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING 😍😍😍 soooo good, texture feels like heaven 🥹🙏🏼

I typically don't leave reviews however, I felt compelled to do so. I purchased two pair of jeans for my toddler Saturday and told the associate that assisted me I'll be back tomorrow to return one pair. She happily stated okay no problem. The next day I decided to return the jeans, I was greeted by the same associate that helped me the day prior and she stated you come back, I then said yes he couldn't fit the bigger pair, she then said well no problem we can help with that. At the counter stood Amanda, as I presented my item and receipt, she then proceeded to smell the jeans and ask if I had washed them in the rudest way and I stated no, then she looks over the jeans which mind you has all its original tags and stickers. She then proceeded to call the manager up front to check over the jeans. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against. I am so disappointed in my service today

I visited your store in January when my grandaughter was born I am from RI. I really wanted to get her a few special outfits for Easter today( last minute) and Monica put a few outfits for my daughter in law to go pick up. This meant the world to this Nana 1500 miles away! Thank you so much Monica and thank you to Carters for hiring someone with such great customer service skills! I couldn't be happier!
