I prefer harwood location due to poor customer service but this location seems to have a larger selection. I have actually heard the manager speak poorly of the harwood location on more than one occasion to other shoppers which I felt was unprofessional. I did recently have an issue with this location and the manager failed to resolve things so I have not been back. The associate that did help me was at least apologetic but I could see she felt awkward and embarassed bc she was newer to the company or position but she assisted the best she could with the lack of support from her manager.

This store surprised me! I always just assumed it was similar to a dress barn store but I am officially a fan now. The store had a great variety of styles and colors and is super affordable. I ended up finding a dress to wear after a funeral that was the exact color and size that I needed. Thank you for offering a variety of sizes not just smalls and mediums. I also appreciate that parts of the store are organized by color. I’ll be back for sure. Good little find.

Cato is my go-to store! They have women's and junior sizes in stylish and up to date fashions. They are store front shopping places so I avoid the malls which I prefer... I am not a window shopper. I usually know what I want and where to get it... Saves me both time and money! I have also shopped online before that became popular.

Very sad. Walked in and wasn’t greeted, yet 3 separate women walked in after me and were greeted ecstatically. Walked around and got some items yet was never asked if I needed help, other ladies were asked. I wasn’t even offered a dressing room, yet others were as well. Will no longer be shopping at this Cato due to customer service.
