They never answer their phone even during business hours. I’ve gotten to the point where I want to go ahead and change banks because there’s no point when I can’t even reach the bank I have.

Incredible staff, they listen if your impatient then plan to go because they take their time ensuring that the job is done correctly and all your questions are answered. Other than that it's definitely a great place with nice employees.

They say the walk up ATM is accessible after hours and the door should work when I tap my card at the device. Try while beeping, try after the beep is over, neither works. They need to get the door to work The way they communicate that it should.

The staff members are very friendly. I lost my favorite sunglasses at this location: if you find them, please drop me a line. Also, with flu season out and COVID not going anywhere, I would recommend displaying mask for customers.

Why bother building a whole new location? The two outside ATM are usually (always) NOT IN SERVICE, the ones inside the branch USUALLY one of them don’t work, the line to use the teller service is always a never ending line and the “exterior indoors ATM” that supposed to be available after hours you’ll need the DaVincci code to get the door to opened 😤 not even swapping your debit card release the lock. I just have a simple question WHO IN THE WORLD PUT TOGETHER THE LOGISTICS FOR THIS BRANCH? a 9yr old kid? Chase you can do better, WAAAAAY BETTER……shameful!

The service is very bad. You come in person and they don't help you. They tell you to make an appointment. The service at this bank is very inaccessible. The manager comes when you can talk to him. He doesn't even receive you in his office as protocol should be. He comes out and in front of the public he helps you without privacy or consideration. It turns out that I made an appointment after having lost the day of work and they couldn't help me until next Friday. The service at this bank is really difficult.

Loving the new building and drive through area. Easy access and enough parking for busy moments. Christina helped me set up my mobile pay app while I'm waiting on a new card to be delivered. She was super friendly and patient with my questions. Great customer service!!
Will return to this location more now!

Great employees here. This Chase isn't even one of the closest ones to where I live but I drive a few extra miles to this branch for all my banking needs because I know I'll get friendly folks who work quickly and efficiently which is more than I can say about most Chase banks.

I had a disputed transaction with an insurance company and first went to the Chase branch near Bluemond. Unfortunately, the staff there were dismissive and unhelpful. I then visited this location, where I met Francisco (customer’s Representative) He listened to my concerns and set up a one-on-one meeting with Maria (personal banker). Maria was attentive, understanding, and resolved my issue.
I’m grateful to both Francisco and Maria for being able to “listen”. The manager here is super cool, greets and smiles warmly.
Indeed it was an exceptional customer experience and professionalism, many thanks!

We went there due to family emergency issue. I wanted to let you know that Greg Thrower was very pleasant , helpful and with a great banking knowledge. I highly recommend anyone who's going to book a appointment at this bank to book it with him! He was so gentle and kind. He is the 5 stars of the Chase. Ah! Also, the front managers were so kind as well. Everybody said "Hello" with smile. I love this branch!

Well my mom just passed away in January this year. My brothers went to clear her name as she was the payee for my disable brother. Little to know the clerks at Chase gave them the run around. They even stopped my disable brothers checks from coming in. Four days later they still didn't help or support them. I finally told them to go back and close the account. With our support and money if Chase keeps this up the banks will close soon. With the staff they have awful! awful!! every customer will run out from all Chase banks. Please go to another bank.
