From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and genuine customer service. The people who work here learn you name, and create an atmosphere that is rare and a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses. They get super-busy, but seem unruffled and extremely efficient and professional. I want to mention Nonni, Twa Bee, Jessy, Michelle, Celina and Travais for being so friendly and efficient. I almost certainly left someone out, but hopefully can update if I did. This is a very well-run branch, too!!! I love their new facility.

This branch is terrible. The atms never work, there's usually only one person working the inside. They are extremely slow. Poorly run branch.

Customer Service: excellent The staff, especially the manager at this branch goes above and beyond to welcoming you in, servicing you, and ensuring you walk out satisfied with your needs met.No matter how much money your depositing, you're treated as if you're valuable, and this is what keeps me coming to this branch. I pass 4 branches to come to this Euless location.So if you decide to open up a new account or just want a piece of mind when you are banking, become a member of chase at this particular location.

This bank need customer service training. I was excited to open an account with Chase but dealt with a lot of disorganization. Branch Manager did resolve issue quickly once he got involved (kudos). Emotions were high with myself and staff which make intelligence low. The process of opening an account during Covid need to be re-evaluated so customers can provide proper document without looking like an criminal and reporting my account to fraud department. I got the run around for about 2 hours and went back and forth about getting my money back that I opened account with. I will take my business else where. I hope this is a teachable moment and you learn from this.

I went to close out my checking and savings account as I recently got married and joined my husband's accounts. The personal banker seemed less than thrilled that I was closing my account but did congratulate me on the reason I was closing. And that was the end of all conversation and an awkward few minutes as I sat there. When he came back with my cashiers check and handed it to me all he said was "you can go now." As someone that worked in banking for over 3 years many moons ago this is not how you treat a customer regardless if you are losing their business. I have loved being a Chase customer for almost 10 years but what a bad taste to leave in my mouth. Onward and upward with my NEW bank!
