I have lived here 4 months my apartment has had a constant roach problem. Initially I made 2 requests for pest control only one request was even followed through with. Within the last 2 weeks I have made 2 requests for pest control the complex stated they came in and sprayed last week this morning I have roaches running in my kitchen counter and the kitchen floor. I have never lived in a place where there is such a roach issue. I’m requesting that I be allowed to move out as it’s obvious this can’t be resolved I also think it is unfair that in order to move out I have to pay 1700 dollars to break my lease. Don’t move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the apartments so much, I recently transfered from their Crest Centreport which is also a great community. Oasis has a calm and quiet ambiance. Maintenance has completed my work orders in time and I have not had any issues in my home. Samira has been very helpful and friendly since moving in. One of the reasons I moved here as she is always happy to help. I look forward to staying for a long time.

Lived a Oasis for a few months now and I have really enjoyed it. Maintenance orders have been completed in a timely manner and the leasing office has been helpful at all times when having any issues and questions

There are multiple problems with this place. The management are all liars and unreachable at manier times, disrespectful behavior is not very uncommon as well, and the place is heavily infested with cockroaches.
I before leaving the apartment had made sure to get the apartment inspected, and did make sure all went well with them. I was assured that I should not see any charge or etc for anything. When I saw my final report, it had an extra 285$ charge for smoking odor, which they had explicitly told me there is no smell at the time I emptied the apartment. Stay away from this apartment complex.

They get to my apartment without my permission and this is a big violation of privacy. They walk into my apartment will I am sleeping there no maintenance or any emergency reason. When I talk to them they say, we knocked the door. I did not answer that not give the right to enter my apartment. I did not have any notice for pest control when they get my apartment or schedule.

My mother lives here, I went to stay with her a few nights a week when she began to have health problems. They were very helpful with setting up the gate app for me in this situation.
Buildings are all-around cheap and things are not cleanly, but you get what you pay for. I am deathly afraid of roaches and the apparent infestations here scare me, but I've not had roach issues in our apartment.
Two of the four stars in this review are because they went above and beyond when my mother ended up in a wheelchair, we asked about the difficulty getting her up the step in front of her apartment and they had a concrete ramp poured the next day
Edit: originally I said I didn't bother with the laundry, but they eventually updated to a much nicer system, I prefer doing it here to an extrenal laundromat

Place is infested with bugs of all shapes and sizes, dishwasher leaking, air conditioning leaking, rats in the ceiling and they will tow your car if has a flat tire or expired tags

If there was a 0 star rating it would make me feel better rating this ridiculous apartments. Management is a mess. The staff has a ridiculous attitude and can't even reason with you. They can even walk away and leave you stranded. So many times I wanted to be rude and match their energy but I held it back because I knew once I moved out I could give them a terrible review. They accept your check for rent and tell you you're good to go but wait until the 4th when rent is past due and tell you they don't take check only money orders. Like why wait for 3 days and charge me late fee when you would have just told me when I dropped off the check that you only accept money order? Moved out and left the apartment spotless but your guess is as good as mine. Cleaning fee after cleaning fee just to make sure they rip you off your deposit and even charge you more. Don't even get me started with how old everything was, especially the air conditioner. I'd clean the apartment and come later and find dust all over the place. They expect you to put the trash by the door between 5 and 7 but leave you a violation note if you leave it before that time. What am I supposed to do when I'm working between 2pm and 10:30pm and on my off days you don't take the trash?? I would never recommend anyone to live here if you love your peace of mind and you're not trying to have a mental meltdown. Moving out was the best decision I ever made and living there was the worst decision I ever made. And just FYI even if you try reaching cooperate after an injustice their employees have done to you they never answer their phones. A waste of time. The only people I can give a 4 star rating are maintainance team. They're sweet and friendly but the rest 🤮

My experience living in this apartment was very disappointing. the management failed to address some serious issues within the building. Pest control was never provided, and despite keeping my apartment spotless every day, roaches were a constant problem due to infestations throughout the property. The air conditioning was another major concern, not only was it extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep, but black, dusty particles regularly blew out of the vents. This raised serious concerns about mold, and I even began experiencing allergy problems while living there. During the rainy season, the ceiling leaked, and although I reported it, management never fixed the problem.
When I moved out, I went above and beyond to return the apartment in perfect condition. I thoroughly cleaned the carpets, microwave, bathroom, floors, ceilings, and appliances, making sure the unit looked exactly as it did when I first moved in. I even took a full day off work to ensure everything was spotless. Despite my efforts, I was still sent an unreasonable bill with unjustified charges: carpet cleaning (though the carpet was in great condition), oven cleaning (which I barely used), dishwasher cleaning (which I never used), and for countertop cleaning. While charges for trash and water/sewer were understandable, the additional cleaning fees were completely unfair and felt arbitrary. Instead of returning my security deposit, they actually charged me even more on top of it, which was extremely frustrating.
Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment. Between unresolved pest issues, possible mold exposure, poor building and unreasonable move-out charges.
